i, boarded the bus from T junction and wanted to travel till Family court, i boarded 505 bus going to Bandra kurla complex. The bus conductor charged me rs.7 the

ticket no is Bandra no 1911047848

The bus does'nt go to bandra station. still they issue ticket upto bandra station.

This is a clear case of cheating and over charging the consumer as per best tarriff.

The conductor said the new system is to be loaded and there is a software issue.

As a consumer when the actual tariff is Rs.4 as per best tarriff why the best is charging excess rs 3 because their ticket printer is not programmed properly.

Thus we request to stop this cheating of consumers and if the software or hardware is faulty please issue this complaint against the software and hardware vendor who has suuplied this equipment.

Or this is the excuse by best authority to take more money from the consumers.

Please look into the matter at the earliest.
