First Complaint-Poor Bus Service.
Regarding my complaint regarding poor bus service the BEST has not given any satisfactory reply.
1. The BEST have totally failed in providing Public time table as in case of Railways and even State Transport and other transport providers. The BEST have failed to provide the time table of their bus service either on line or in booklet form or at bus stop of relevant bus route.
2. In the absence of time table and poor bus service people have no option but to travel by taxi in I land city and by auto in suburbs. This hard ship is not only faced by me but nearly 40 lakh BEST commuters.
3. The BEST have no inconvenience in providing advertisement in buses in LCD / poster form and at bus stops poster/ painting form but it is not possible for them as replied by them to provide public time table which is their prima facie responsibility to any consumer to give details what service they are providing at what time and at what place.
4. Not having public time table itself shows that their service is a total mess and not having any committed service towards consumer.
5. No improvements is noticed even after repeated complaints and suggestions regarding poor frequency, cancelation of buses, providing Public time table, avoiding cancellation of bus routes with poor frequency, reducing of head way by adjusting the timing of earlier bus, running of mini buses to improve frequency, availability of Public Time Table for sale in booklet form at all starting point and on the web. In fact the BEST even not bothered to say a single word of apology on their poor service to the complainant. It is obligatory on their part to provide proper service to people and solve their grievances resulted due to lack of service on their part.
My complaint is pending in BEST records with displeasure and customers dissatisfaction remarks from my side.
