Same thing happened to me I Recharged through online I got receipt and it says renewed when I check status from online it showing correct when I go and check with Conductor it says your card is expired I don't know what is best doing? Here is my card number 14021100011049. Even There is no customer care Number no emailaddress it is very said to best passengers. I recharged on july 19
