Bad Sound Quality

Dear Sir,

My complaint no.763791 Dated 01.12.2008 till date not any response your side, again your request to please rectify DVD Player Sound quality, many time, I had remaind your homeshop18, he told your complaint will forwarded our Technical Department.

And are reply is received from 01/12 to 07/12

them is our technical team will be contact you within 48-72hrs,

but still i am waiting for reply after passing 1 week.

Have you this type of your customer

attention system.

I am faith on your shop because of CNBC AWAZ Channel

which they have demonstate on their channel.

If you are having any customer satisfaction or

customer relation then please attend the my complaint at

the earliest.
