Time has come when B.E.S.T transport Mumbai should change its name to W.O.R.S.T transport services. While they do not lose any opportunity to increase the ticket prices exorbitantly, the condition of the buses are going from bad to worse. The seats are torn and the interior never cleaned. You have to carry your own duster to make use of the so called seats. Also, in most of the buses, route numbers are not visible (sometimes written on the side using chalk) and one often misses to catch a bus as it stops only for few seconds in the bus stop and the conductor never responds to poor traveler's queries.

Once upon a time the B.E.S.T was considered as the best service. Unfortunately those days are gone due to complete mismanagement.
