Ref: Resignation Dt.31/01, but still I am waiting of my Dues Amount against P.F.No. UP/22507/31

Please refer to my application dated 25th October through Courier dated 26th October.

We are submitted the Form NO.10-C (EPS) alongwith Form No.19 (P.F) and Form No.10 for Full & Final settlement of my dues, but still I am waiting the full and final amount of my dues against the P.F. No. i.e. UP/22507/31.
