Secretary Mr. Ketan is not accepting my letter seeking information under the RTI Act

I have written a letter seeking information under RTI Act 2005 to the secretary & forwarded a CC to the chairman & Registrar, Maharashtra state societies & ward officer

But the secretary of my society residing in flat no: A-2 is not accepting my letter, he already read it. But refuses to accept it.

What should i do to get redressal for my grievances. Please help.
