Complain about incoming call

In my number 9838100871, my incoming is barred, (says this number is not exist) but out going is propllerly worked.also i m in roaming in (gujarat, Surat) i selected the vodafone network, I ll check that my call is not diverted.

I m facing so mutch Problems, so plz solve my problem.
