CLAIM AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED

I have sibmitted follwing documents to EPF pine, maharashtra, but no action is taken till today.

1. Form10D- submitted on 20-5-09 (receipt no.89049870)

2. form 19 - sibmiited on 13-6.

3. Appication submitted on 12-11-08 for returning of LIC policy no.95062332 which was pledged wuth PF.

I have visited the office several times, but the it is always said that claims were under process. No claims are settled till today.
