Sarnam - Holyspa - Sarnam.com - Holyspa.com - Pandit Ashok Kumar ripped me off with bait and switch tactic of a product Ayodhya

This company had used a bait and switch tactic on me. The picture of the items they show are fake. and sent you real inferior products.

They charged me $200 for a $10 item. They gemstones are junk the worst i have ever seen. They are authentic but junk. Be very careful. I don't even wanna give this to anyone else its soo shameful if you look at the quality. I will take a picture and post it up soon. The item they sent me. To show that i'm not making this up.

when i told him about how bad the quality of his item was and that i wanted a partial refund, $150 of my money. this is what i got.

"You do not have any knowledge of Gemology, I challenge you to test the Gemstone in the U.S. and if some one says it is not Ceylon Cat's Eye Stone, I will return the double amount, you said that the Gem Certificate is bogus, whereas the Gem Testing Laboratory, is managed by GIA (Gemological Institute of America) qualified Gemologist and Gem Certificate is tested and signed by him."

Yes i know its authentic. But why don't you get it into your head that its a bad bad quality gem with large cracks in it which are not good.

"first apologize for your abuses and blogs, remove all the blogs and commit not to do in future, then you only you can expect any thing from us. This is our final words. May god give you good manners. Once you do all this, you will automaticaly become eligible for the return of 150$."

Great customer service! Bring god into the picture. He's probably losing business for the bad publicity from my blogs. This sarnam.com and holyspa.com get to the top of the search engines by creating fake blogs. BEWARE!!! Don't get conned people.

If you ever buy anything online make sure its using paypal you can get your money back from frauds and scams. This is how i purchased my next stones. sarnam.com and holyspa.com advertise paypal and other companies but it doesnt work when you have to pay them for some reason. Then they make you use where you can't get your money back from scams.
