I have purchased the above product of your company on 04.03.08 & it is out of order since 07.06.08. several times, i have given the complain to your company's service staff. They have come here several times, check the product, admitted its defectiveness & has assured me to repair very soon. but till now it is not repaired.
I want the repair to be done immidietly.
