I would like to draw your attention to the fact that I am a Bharat Gas customer and the following Agency is responsible for delivery/refill of cylinders:

Complaint 1 - It has been 2 years since i subscribed to Bharat Gas, but still I have been denied a second cylinder. I have repeatedly gone to their office and stated my requirement for a 2nd Cylinder but in reply i got vague answers that there is no stock and it will take years to get a second cylinder.
This has been happening now since 8 months now and I am even denied to do booking.
Complaint 2 - Since I have not been succesful in getting a second cylinder, its imperative that I need the refilling of cylinder within a short time (at most 5 days). But to my dissapointment the delivery of cylinder is always delayed by over 10 days which causes a lot of problems in my house where we have a large family. For Example I had booked a cylinder on 6th July and till today (14th July) I have nor recieved the Cylinder. When I call on the number provided I always get reply that "Sorry sir, toady no load is there", "Tommorrow definitely sir".

Kindly help me as I am not aware how to solve this problem which causes lot of harrasment for our family.
Kindly let me know the right authority to whom I can make this complaint.
