My Consumer card no. is SH 4456 registered with Shiv shakti gas service at Indira Vikas Colony Delhi. I book for refilling of my cylender on 4/12 and the booking no. given to me is 400. I have not recieved the filled cylender yet, even after calling 3 times to the agency. Every time I was told that my cylender will be delievered on the same day. And this is not the first time. every time I book the cylender, I have to call the agency at least 2 or 3 times to get the cylender and on asking the reason they always mis behave and says that they sent the cylender but no body was found at the home. on arguing they ask us to do what you can..
