This is to bring to your notice that the BP gas connection which we own is not at all satisfacory.

I had raised a complaint to local BP office reagarding the BP dealer Rose Flames that the cylinder which the agencies deliver is not fully filled and moreover they never deliver gas on time.
no actions were taken from BP side to address these issues inspite of raising complaints several time.
