Delayed Gas is booked after 30 days and delievered after 10 days from booking date

Dear Sir,

I am holding gas connection in the name of my wife Smt. Kamlesh of your esteed company and Consumer No. is 23046. Dealer's detals are :-

SONIPAT. TEL NO -0130-6531458, 0130- 6538676.

I have booked for refill of my gas cylinder after clear 30 days on 12 February. The refill cylinder has not been supplied till 20th February. On 18th February when I enquired for supply of refill cylinder I was told that they are sending on the same day and they are continuing giving the same reply till today i.e 20th February 02.

Kindly look into this that the supply of refill cylinder after one and half month is due to acute shortage of Gas or the other reasons which are well known by the agency concerned persons.

I shall be grateful if you could kindly issue the suitable instructions to the concerned Dealer for timely delievery of refill cylinder.
