Delay in refilling gas cylinde

I am having a gas connection no. 10536 at Chandra gas agency, 27- B.D.A. Complex Bareilly Ph No. -0581-2546453 . I have booked a refill more than a month ago but even after eight reminders 7 requests. Kindly advise them to deliver the refill Immediately.
