It is not less than a mental harassment for me and my family to deal with Bharat Gas Agency Chandigarh Sector. 30.
The situation is that we first booked the cylinder on 19-03 (after try to call the Agency for 4 days as they rarely attend the calls) and after waiting for the cylinder for one week till 25-03 we started calling your office (Nirmal Gas Agency) again but as usual they never answered our calls. Both of the phones either kept ringing or were busy which we later come to know that they actually keep the receiver of the phone aside to avoid calls. This is the first very common complaints about your stall. On an average we spent one and half hour over the phone every day to get through but they never picked the phone. And, finally after so much efforts on 03-04 when we spoke to them, to our shock they told us that the “Cylinder Had Never Been Booked In Their Records”!! All the Arguments with them failed and we had to give a fresh request!! They assured us that Now they were booking the Cylinder and gave us a reference number this time and told us that we would have to wait for next 4-5 days again.
Now till date it is the same story. We have yet to receive the Cylinder and when this time after trying to call them so many times when we spoke to your representative named JITENDER, he gave us a new Excuse this time that the Cylinder reached our home on last Saturday but since the home was Locked the Cylinder returned though this is a pure lie. Since we first booked the cylinder on 19-03 we never locked the home throughout the day. In the hope of the cylinder we never locked the home, no matter what. Moreover as I work in Night Shifts in DELL I have always been at home at Day time and on Saturday I along with my family members did not leave the home even for a minute in the day time. Jitender was literally Rude to me and told me that “I can happily complain about this wherever I want. He don’t bother”
This is not the first time it has happened. In the month of Feb the similar thing happened. After trying to call for 3-4 days when we managed to speak to the representative over the phone and after waiting for next 8-10 days for cylinder we again start calling them to remind about the Cylinder and when finally they pick the phone the speak to us in a rude manner and behave in such a way as they were doing some Favor to us. It has always been a Nightmare dealing with Nirmal Gas Agency and waiting for the Cylinder.
We are five members in the family and we have only one cylinder connection. So you can well imagine how impossible is to manage with one cylinder for more than a month!!
This is the worst ever Service I have received, be it a Telephone, Electricity, Banking or anything else. I am so much fed up and mentally harassed by your services.
