NONDELIVERY OF REFILL CYLINDER

I am a customer [ CONSUMER NO:15187]of your gas supply agency{CODE NO:621723: SREE LAKSHMI GAS AGENCY, S.K. BUILDING, UDAYAGIRI, CHEMPAZHATHY, TRIVANDRUM.We had booked for a refill cylinder on 8th April.since it was not delivered, again we reminded the distributor on 20th and got the reply that it would be delivered on 22nd April'09. till date the same is not received. from 22nd onwards when we tried to contact the distributor several times continuously from 10 am to 5pm in all the four telephone numbers (0471-2595995, 2594994, 2596996 mob:9446594994) they were either engaged or not responding. please note that last delivery of refill cylinder was on 12th march'09. It is very regretting to note the irresponsible behaviour of a distributor of such a reputed company towards a customer. it is a regular practice that the refill cylinder is delivered only after repeated reminders from our part. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL ARRANGEMENT AT THE EARLIEST TO AVIOD FURTHER INCONVENIENCE TO US.
