Corrupted delivery men and deale

Dear Sir,

I am an customer of Bharat Gas having consumer no. 20886 since 2007. Bharat Gas claims to deliver the cylinder within 24 hours of booking. In my case I have booked my cylinder on 5/5 (order no. 1737). Till today they did not deliver the cylinder despite regular reminder.

Actually I never received the delivery before 10 days. The delivery men claims extra Rs 40/50. They also proposes to place order through them not directly through the dealers. When I refused to do so they threaten me not to deliver the cylinder before at least 3 weeks after placing the order.

They places order on behalf of me (without informing me/without my request) and delivers the cylinder to others (not customer of Bharat Gas) for much higher price in BLACK. I have complained several times in dealer's office but they did not take any step.

I am not the only one who is suffering from these notorious and corrupted delivery men and dealers. Please do the necessary to help us.
