Some items compulsory we have to purchaes whether is necssary or not

Sir i have appling for new gas connection. But my nearest bharat gas agency (Vishnu jyoti gas agency Brij Vihar, Sahibabad Ghagiabad) insisting me for gas stove and i didn't want to take it. They are charging 2792/- for one cylender, rubber pipe, regulator& gas stove. Sir please help me.
