Delaying in refiling cylende

I chandan kumar goswami cunsumer of bharat gas in durgapur west bengal

i have complain that i booked for refillingof cylenderbefore durga puja festival but till now (11/11/07) I am not getting my cylender in the mean while ihave remind them several times by phone but they are not ready to listen properly. i am faceing so much problem so i am requesting to higher autherities of bharat gas to take astrong action againest the agency
