Delay in the delevery of refill cylinde

Sir,

I am holding a connection in the name of my mother Smt. Indira, of Bharat Gas and consumer : 2216 the agency

Sree Mon Gas agencies,

I have booked for a refill on 13th July.(Regn. No.49003). The refill Cylinder has not been supplied till today, 19th August.2009. Earlier refill was supplied on 10th July. ie; even after 40 days the refill have not supplied by the agency. It is very difficult to manage a family like ours, having no other source of fuel for this much days.

Kindly look in to the matter that, the supply of cylinder delaying after 40 days is due to accute shortage of gas or any other reason known by the agency or their staff. You may also note that, there is no provision to know the current status of booking No. and upto which date of booking they have supplied the refill.

I shall be greaetfull, if you are taking action to deliver the cylinder to me at the earliest and take necessary action to make the booking and delivery of refill cylinder more transparent.
