Mahalakhsmi Gas distributor, Bangalore -Refill Cylinder not delivered for more than 25 days

Hi,

My cust no is 48201 (Mahalakshmi Gas distributers, Bangalore). I had booked for refill cylinder before 25 days (order no: 10663). But it is not delivered still. It is very frustrating to experience such service. When I call, no body picks up most of the time. When rarly picked up, they just say it will be delivered in another 2 days repeatedly. But never done. When will I get? what is the statndard time (no of days) for delivery? Please get back to me as quick as possible.
