No response over phone

I was having Bharat Gas connection at Ponneri vide my consumer no.28652. when I was about to book for the gas on 7.11.09 I was informed that my consumer no. has been transferred to Redhills. Even after transfer nobody has bothered to intimate the consumer regarding the transfer. When contacted Redhills on phone no.26320922 and 26320551 absolutely no response over phone. After repeated trial booking was done 09.11.09 for the revised consumer no. 52648 as given by Redhills office. When I was trying to contact them on 13/14.11.09 over phone voice message saying that the phone is busy and contact later is received till today by 01.45pm. However when we were out of house on 15.11.09 - Sunday it is understood that the boy has come with cylinder. Status of supply of cylinder is not known.
