Mistreatment from the BP Distributo

Dear Sir, Our consumer number is 26509. Our distributor is Gayatri Gas Service. Recently we had a spate of problems with our LPG gas, first with the tube, then with the regulator etc. We kept calling Gayatri gas service and the service guy became short-tempered because of these problems. First he had the staff at Gayatri Gas service not accept our complaints. So, we wrote to BP. Then the manager at Gayatri Gas service started talking to us angrily and arrogantly. He sent the same service guy again to replace the regulator & the cylinder. We suspected, based on the behavior of the service guy that he intentionally gave us a somewhat faulty regulator out of some dislike for us that his short tempered had developed. The manager at Gayatri gas service each time asked us for a letter, which being nice people that we are, we gave. We watched the behavior of the new regulator for about 10 days. We get a very concentrated, foul smell of gas when the regulator is switched on. Concerned about our safety, we reported the matter to BP because the service manager at Gayatri Gas Service has been rather unfriendly. Nobody contacted us claiming that we have given letter saying everything is OK, which is total nonsense. This only confirms our suspicion about the service guy deliberately giving us a faulty regulator and the manager trying to cover it up, potentially putting our lives at risk. After filing the complaint today with BP, surpirsingly we have not heard either from BP or from Gayatri Gas service.
