Non delievery of cylinde

I had booked my cylinder on 11 june with ref no 9640634.i did not recieve my cylinder by 30 june while the status is showing that cylinder is delievered on 21 june.my consumer no is 10512.i already book complain with ref no 136348 on june 26 but no action is still taken.please concern my case.
