Delay in Refilling Gas C

I have Bharat gas connection at Madam Enterprises at Madiwala, Bangalore. The telephone lines of the above agency is very busy any time. After trying so many time i am getting the line and I have booked for refilling on 28/07.Till now thy have not delivered and harasing me and telling there is no load.

I request the authorities to take necessary action against the above agency.
