Not attending to calls for booking gas

I am a retd defence personnal and am facing alot of problems trying to book gas --the people at the gas agency either dont pick up the calls or put the calls on hold. The no I call is 25993882 and I reside in 1cross Kagadaspura Bldg (samhitha Garden) 5floor. PO CV Raman Nagar.
