We are the customer of Bharat Gas (consumer no 45675) for the past 8 years. Ever since Prateek Gas agency has taken up distribution we are facing lot of difficulty in booking and receiving new cylinders. We last booked cylinder on 9th sept eventhough it was delivered on 27th sept (no fault of ours).today when i called agency for refill they are reluctant to book stating that there should be certain time gap between delivery and booking. Please note that it was not our fault that the cylinder was delivered on 27th sept (it was completely the fault of the agency). Please take necessary action to ensure that such a situation is not repeated
