Dear sir/mam,
i am really stunned with the type of service the Bharat gas co. and its service agency name "precious gas service, marwadi building, ghatkopar (east), mumbai has shown its unbelievable.on 5th oct i was suffering through a problem of "GAS LEAKAGE", i tried to call all the numbers availiable on delivery bill but it was impossible for me to get connected and get help from someone. An HP gas agency which aslo services bharatgas banged up the phone saying there duty hours is AFTER 8.00 O'CLOCK as it was 6.00pm in the evening. And after a no. of trials my phone was connected to IVR SERVICE which aslo was suffering from some technical problems!!!
sir i would like to ask who will be responsilble for the loss if occures? who will be the sufferer? is a result of switching to reknowed companies services? who is there to help us for such problem if repeated again?
As there was no one educated that time to help my family members luckily i got up.but i would like request you please please please!!! look into the matter asap as this not first time this is with me today if not controlled can turn into tragedy someday then such bad functioning agencies will curse the blame on the user.would appreciate for your efforts taken.
