No delivery after 57 days

Sir,

I have booked the cylinder on March 23rd the booking no is- 12560, even after 57 days completed they are not given a cylinder. Right now both the cylinder is finished. When ever we contact to the phone first they will not responce. Even if they attend the phone they will say we will give this saturday or monday. Due to this i cannot go even out side. Hence it is my humble request you sir, tell them to give the cylinder at least 20 days after booking, and give receipt. hope you will look in to this matter.
