Non Deliver the Cyclinde

Dear Sir,

I have booked LPS Gas Cyclinder 07.01.2011 at Dammo Enterprsies at Jhilmil colony vide Ref. no. but till date i have not received Gas Cyclinder and he update his deliver the Cyclinder on 20.01. but i have not received the Cyclinder and asked the Office he say today he deliver from last three day
