Delay and poor responce in delievery

Sir,

it is beg to inform you that there is inadequate supply and marketing of LPG gas in deoria district of

uttar pradesh. the gas service couldnt deliver the gas at time due to which customer has to face a lot of problems. more over, time taken for one delievery is delievered after 15 days later.. also when we call

and told about the problem they doesnt respond and take the service and consumer complaint as grant.

so i request u to plz look upon this matter and as soon as possible plz solve this mater
