We would like to inform you that while booking gas cylinder respective agent's [ Ramlata gas Agency Add: Shop No 2, Ma Kripa Bldg. Shimpoli Road, Borivli [ west ] Mumbai, 400 092. Tel. No 28991865 ]booking staff forces us to call mechanic for services otherwise they will not give us gas cylinder. It also happens that when we allow them to come at our place, They forcefully changes unnecessary parts and charges higher amount from us. It happens frequantly with us.
We are also facing so many other problems like
[1] Some times they may tell us to come at place personally and not to book gas on phone.
[2] Some times it may happens that when we have already booked gas on phone but still after so many days we may not receive it & while informing them they reply us that we have not booked gas at all.
[3] Some times it may happens that we personally go to their place to book gas, they even doesn't give us acknowledgment for the same.
[4] Even staff's behaviour with customer is not proper.
