Non Receipt of Cookin Gas Cylinde

Sir,

1. My Consumer Number is J 201100. I am a registered user of Cooking Gas with Satish & Co., Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

2. I booked for a refill gas cylinder on 23 Aug 09 . I have been calling them up every day but they have NOT supplied the same as yet ie. 29 Aug.

It is almost impossible to get them on telephone. After wasting over an hour, when I do get through, I am told it will be supplied by the evening. This has been happening for last three days.

Please help.
