This is to draw your attention towards serious & continious trouble created by our Gas Agency, Named Saurabh Gas Service, Rail VIhar, Gorakhpur, the permanent problem is that the above mentioned Gas Agency provides us Gas after 45 days of booking the gas & on repeated complaints also he payes no attention. Moreover, uses abusive & derogatory language. My Gas Connection is in the name of Mr. A.N. Rai, C/o Mr. Vijendra Pratap Singh & the No.is 1328.
Kindly take some measures for removal of this permanent problem
