No Proper Cylinder Delivery

Dear Sir,

This is regarding the Bad Service given by the Bharat Gas Agency named Padmavathy Gas Agency.. I am living in Tambaram Sanitorium and we have this agency nearby and we are using its service.

On 10/10 we booked a cylinder and we got that cylinder only today (1/11). We called them inbetween those days and they used to tell that they will deliver it by the next day. Some times they wont take the call or always the number will be busy.

And one thing we noted in the cash bill (Bill No: 232720) is that was dated 13/10. So i think it would be billed before the deliver.. But where that cylinder upto that day? As the same complaint was given by the customer on this agency, it is clearly proved that they are selling cylinders outside..

So please take a quick action..
