Gas cylinder is not delivered... it is booked 25 days back

Hi,

I have booked a gas cylinder at Raksha Gas Agency, Electronics City on 16th Jan and till now it’s not delivered.

Worst part is whenever i call at Raksha Gas Agency and ask about the updates person sitting there say it’s with our delivery boy (Shakti and give his ph no.) and when i call up that guy (shakti) he says, "'tomorrow' as i m not in the city". And this whole drama is going on for last 6-7 days. I don’t understand the actual story behind what they do and why a gas agency license is given to such an irresponsible people, which simply does not take care of a consumer.

Can anyone is there who could help a consumer like us.
