Hi,

this is Anwar Pasha Retired from H A L Bangalore,

i am having a Bharath gas L P G cylenders connection but

iam facing a problem since many months that i should book a refill ofter 20 days & the refill suppose tobe deliverd at my home with in in 3 days.

But the worst situation is when i call up the agent (Shree Raksha Gas Agency) Hebbagudi, Hosur road Bangalore -99 to book the new refill ofter 20 days they dont have curtosy to pickup the call & take the order most of the time i tried the Manager's cell found not recheble / suitched off,

please let me know wheater i can lodge a complaint in consumer court & How.
