Without delivering bill in time Outgoing service Stopped

Dear Sir

My cell no is 9000688893 at Hyderabad Sim iuused By Airtel as Post Paid Service.

The bill is payable by my employer FMC India Pvt ltd, Patancheru AP

Without receive a bill how company can pay the amount onthe basis of SMS amount.

Here the Airtel service providers without bothering to deliver the bill to my company

They have directly stopped outging service from this Cell no.

I hope this kind of act should be punishable offence.
