Landline phone not working since one yea

Dear sir,

respected say fully requst you that my bsnl landline ph. no. 02979258029 Vill-BORLY, Post-JHAB, Dist-JALORE (Rajsthan) is not working since one year but we are payeing the bill amount regularely since one year..

We will coplalaint so many time to the department but no mbody can lition or take the any action against the our complaints.

So please mind the our problums and take any action
