I (inder jeeet) am a prepaid mobile user of bharat sanchar nigam limited (punjab cicle) & my mobile no. is 919417722599. the complaint is about my this mobile no. 919417722599.i have already activated the GPRS facility on my this no. but since last 2 months when i am in roaming then the GPRS service is not worked on my no. but it works in home network very well. i inform to the customer care no.9400024365 many times but they are not working to solve my problem.so i request you to take action against bharat sanchar nigam limited.
