I have had a broadband connection from BSNL for the last couple of years. About 6 weeks ago, I moved my residence from ISRO layout to JP Nagar and the phone number changed from 26663203 to 22453168. I have been requesting the department everyday for the past 40 days to arrange for reconnection of the broadband facility at the new place but it is not being done.
