Plan change is not worked

We are submitting a Plan Change letter [ Plan Busniss INST 250 to UL 1400] against our Broadband no.033 2651 2143 on dated 4th may. But still now we are running same plan i.e. INST 250 .Please kindly change braodband plan INST 250 to UL 1400 immediately.
