Unnecessary deduction

Dear Sir

I bearing the connection no. 09897135958 (Prepaid) since 6 years. Further I have recharged GPRS pack of Rs. 19/- through flexi on dated 26.05.2011 in morning approx 10.30 AM. Then I run the facebook (for less then one minute) on mobile for check the internet is running or not and then I found the internet is running.

Then I closed the connection and configured my mobile with my PC for run the internet. Further as it connected. I put the address in address bar (www.yahoomail.com) and the page was not loaded fully I got a message on my mobile screen that your balance of Rs. 107/- is deducted for using internet. I shocked and I closed the browser and disconnect the mobile from PC immediately.

Then Immediately I call the customer care on 198 and I brief the executive about my problem, he reply that he is transferring my call to his senior but after hold of two minute the phone disconnected automatically.

Then again four times I call at 198 but as I select the option to talk to customer care executive the phone become silent and disconnected automatically.

Then through my post pad connection I made a call to 198 then the executive (Name – Mr. Dashrath Sing Rajpoot) told me that due to technical error they unable to tell me cause of unnecessary deduction and he suggest me to call after 2-3 hours.

Then in evening again I made a call to 198 and the executive suggest me to call at 12118. Then I made call 12118 then the executive (Name – Mr. Sayamtan) told me that I have downloaded a game but I try to prove him that this not done by me. After discussion of 10 minute he has ready to register my complaint and he given me complaint no.69806400 and he told me that I will receive a message regarding this complaint no. and it will resolve till 27.05.2011 4.00 PM.

But still now neither I got message nor solution.

So now please tell me how the customer will entertain your new plans or services with this type of unnecessary deduction. And if the deduction made then this is the way to deal the customer in customer care house I made nine times call but problem is still standing and the commitments are also failed.
