THIS IS SEJAL HERE FROM BANGALORE,
I HAD CONVERTED POSTPAID NUMBER TO PREPAID NUMBER AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO SEND ME THE ACTIVATION AMOUNT OF 1000 RS .I HAD RECOEVED THE CHEQUE BUT COULD NOT ENCASH IT AS IT HAD LAPSED 6 MONTHS I KINDLY REQUESTED THE AIRTEL PEOPLE THAT ITS LAPSED AND CAN I GET ANOTHER CHEQUE THEY VERIFIED ALL THE DETAILS AND TOOK THE LAST CHEQUE FROM ME ALSO THEY TOOK IN WRITING ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE RESOLVED BY SEPTEMBER FROM SEPTEMBER I HAVE VISITED THE AIRTEL OFFICE IN JAYANAGAR 3 BLOCK AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY SAY ME THAT WE ARE NOT YOUR SERVANTS GO TO HEADOFFICE IN KORMANGLA OR BEST THEY SAY ME IS THAT THE SYSTEMS ARE NOT WORKING.TODAY AGAIN I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND THEY TOLD ME THE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING .KINDLY HELP ME I HAVE EMAILED THE APPELATES ALSO BUT I GOT NO AVAIL FROM THEM EITHER.1000 RS IS A BIG AMOUNT KINDLY HELP ME.
I HAVE THE CHEQUE NUMBER THE ENVELOPE IT HAD COME THE ESCALTION NUMBER AND THE PERSON WHOM I SPOKE TO.
