I, 9849575875 an airtel customer is being charged Rs.10/- daily for TEXT BASED SERVICES SUBSCRIPTION since from 6 days..But I have never subscribed for that http:/igmobi.com.. I have already intimated the same problem to 121 CUSTOMER CARE before 5 days n 3 days, but they told that they will deactivate within 24 hours but until now it was not deactivated instead I am being charged Rs.10 daily... So I request you SIR to kindly deactivate my TEXT BASED SERVICES SUBSCRIPTION and credit my Rs.60/- back to my account as early as possible.
PLEASE REVERT BACK TO ME AT THE EARLIEST WITH ACTION TAKEN.
