Even after Several complaints not able to access my account online

I have called up the Airtel-Delhi customer care and told them that I am not able to access my account online and always they tell me to try after some time and no progress on that.

2) I have taken an add-on sim and requested for it to be added to the same existing account but it is not being done. everytime they give me a new answer.
