Respected Sir/Madam

I had Booked a internet connection from Bharti Airtel on 10/5 Plan Home 649 through Form NO. 1647384. The Marketing Executive Mr. Gaurav Sachdeva Whose Office Add. is 58, 1st Floor, Rani Jhansi Road, Opp Jhandewala Temple, New Delhi took Rs 500/ Cash From me and he promised me to install the connection on 11/5. but till now there is no response from the company airtel nor he (Mr. Gaurav) picks up my phone.

So I Request you to please cancel my order and please asked him or the company Airtel to refund my Rs.500. so that i can't take any legal step against the company Bharti Airtel.
