My Issue is Panding from last 10 months

Poonam, this is Piyush Gupta. We had a telephonic discussion on July 1. My Account close Issue is still pending, as per discuss with you, I did not receive any call from Airtel, So as you were saying, I made payment, which is on higher side as on my monthly bill.

My number 9818683441 named with Naresh Kumar, I made payment Rs. 1100/-

You have included Rs. 1100/- for advance rental plan and service tax with number. I never request to activate. I request to Airtel please discontinue this number because you are not able to solve my problem, instead of discontinue my number, Airtel activate advance rental. I will not pay that amount.

My number 9818221006 named with Piyush Gupta, I made payment Rs. 2200/-.

If you have any issue or you think I may telling lie.

I have not received any call from Airtel Side.

I received a call from unknown number he him self say mediator from Airtel and consumer. He was saying he is an Advocate. Ha was doing loose talk. He is not supposed to do like that. If he is from Airtel side then please inform him do not do like that other wise I also can take some action against him as well as against Airtel. Because I have informed so many time to Airtel regarding my outstanding balance.

How would I know, he is right fellow or not. And why I give that much of amount. I will give my actual bill what ever is outstanding…

I am again requesting to customer care officer / Applate officer / Nodal Officer please pay attention in my case and take some action regarding the same. I want to clear my account As Soon As Possible.
